Olá!!! / Hello!!!
Hoje trago-vos um post acerca dos produtos que uso no cabelo.
O meu cabelo é liso (muito mesmo, é quase impossível ondular o meu cabelo) e é pintado (há cerca de dez anos) o que requer um cuidado especial para reduzir os danos causados pela tinta.
Como vão ver no post que se segue eu uso muitos produtos, até pode parecer um exagero, mas certo é que tenho conseguido manter o meu cabelo mais ou menos cuidado.
Today I'm bringing you a post about the products I use in my hair.
My hair is straight (really really straight, it's almost impossible to curl my hair) and it's dyed (for about 10 years now) which requires a special care to reduce the damage caused by the hair dye.
As you will see on this post I use tons of products which might seem a bit too much, but I've been able to maintain my hair as healthy as possible.
1º Passo / 1st Step - Shampoo
Schwarzkopf GLISS Hair Repair Liso Asiático
Este shampoo da Schwarzkopf é perfeito para quem tem o cabelo liso.
Deixa o cabelo super macio, brilhante e alisa muito muito bem.
This shampoo from Schwarzkopf is perfect for straight hair.
It makes your hair super sof, shiny and it straights it really well.
2º Passo / 2nd Step - Shampoo Roxo / Purple Shampoo
Carlos Santos Silver
Para quem tem cabelo loiro, especialmente cabelo loiro pintado este shampoo é um must have.
Assemelha-se muito a uma tinta que se deve aplicar no cabelo depois do shampoo normal e deixar actuar. Ele previne que o cabelo fique alaranjado e mantém o tom acinzentado dos cabelos loiros.
Normalmente eu aplico este produto das raízes até meio do cabelo uma vez que as pontas são sempre mais claras.
Eu uso este da marca Carlos Santos apenas porque é o mais acessível que encontrei em termos de preço, mas existem várias marcas a vender este shampoo e encontram-se nas lojas de cabeleireiros ou nos cabeleireiros mesmo.
For those who have blonde hair, specially those whith dyed blonde hair, this shampoo is a must have.
It looks a lot link a ink that you have to apply to the hair after the regular shampoo and leave it in. It prevents the hair from getting orange and it maintains the greyish tone from blonde hair.
Usually I apply this product from the roots to more a less the middle of the hair, since the hair tips are always lighter.
I use this brand Carlos Santos just because it's the more affordable, but you can find several brands selling this products and you can find them at hair product stores and at hair salons.
3º Passo / 3rd Step - Hidratação / Moisturizing
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner / Nazca Origem Creme de Hidratação Intensiva
Após o uso dos shampoos eu uso sempre um condicionador ou uma máscara nas pontas e deixo actuar mais alguns minutos.
Ultimamente tenho usado a máscara Origem da Nazca como condicionador e uma vez por semana uso o 3 Minute Miracle da Aussie porque é um produto um pouco carote. Relativamente ao 3 Minute Miracle, meus bunniezinhos queridos, este produto cheira TÃOOOOO bem que dá vontade de comer! É um produto muito bom mesmo e hidrata bastante o cabelo.
After using the shampoos I always use a conditioner or a hair cream for the ends of the hair and I leave it in for some minutes.
Lately I've been using Nazca's Origem as a conditioner and, once a week, I used Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle, because it's a rather expensive product. About the 3 Minute Miracle, my dead bunnies, this product smells SOOOOOOO good that I want to eat it!
It's a great product and it really moisturizes the hair.
4º Passo / 4th Step - Produtos para pentear / Combing Products
Os produtos para pentear são produtos que se aplicam com o cabelo ainda molhado e ficam no cabelo ajudando a hidratar e a pentear.
Eu tenho estes três, mas só uso um de cada vez.
Ultimamente tenho usado o da Nazca (embalagem azul) que é um creme e facilita muito a pentear e hidrata bastante o cabelo.
O GLISS Hair Repair Total Repair da Schwarzkopf (esquerda) é um spray, cheira muito bem e é o meu preferido. Já comprei cerca de 3 embalagens deste produto e adoro. Acho que realmente repara o cabelo e ao fim de algum tempo de uso nota-se claramente a diferença.
O BC Hairtherapy Repair Rescue da Schwarzkopt (direita) é um spray também, mas ainda não usei muitas vezes por isso não vos posso dizer os efeitos que tem no cabelo.
The combing products are products that you apply with the hair still wet and you leave them in the hair to moisturize and help with the combing.
I have three but I only use one at a time.
Lately I've been using the Nazca one (blue bottle) which is a cream and it helps a lot with combing and it also moisturizes the hair.
The GLISS Hair Repair Total Repair from Schwarzkopf (left) is a spray, it smells really good and it's my favourite. I've used about three bottles of this and I love it! I think it really repairs the hair and after spending some time using it you can see some results.
The BC Hairtherapy Repair Rescue from Schwarzkopf (right) is also a spray, but I still didn't use it too much so I can't tell the effect it has on hair.
Para pentear o cabelo molhado eu uso um pente de dentes largos e é sem dúvida a melhor solução para não danificar o cabelo.
To comb the wet hair I use a detangling hair comb and it's definitely the best solution to prevent hair damage.
5º Passo / 5th Step - Hidratação de Pontas / Ends Moisturizing

KIKO Makeup After Sun Hair Repair Serum
Depois de secar é sempre bom aplicar algum produto para hidratar as pontas.
O Óleo Milagroso da Fructis é essencialmente óleo de argão e é uma maravilha do mundo dos produtos de cabelo. Cheira super bem e deixa o cabelo muito hidratado e brilhante.
Normalmente eu aplico este óleo do meio do cabelo até às pontas e não deixa o cabelo oleoso.
O After Sun Hair Repair Serum é um serum de pontas de uma edição limitada da KIKO e é feito especialmente para usar no Verão. O cheiro é muito muito bom e hidrata o cabelo seco.
After blow drying your hair you should always apply a product to moisturize your hair ends.
The Óleo Milagroso from Fructis is basically argan oil and it's a wonder of the hair product world. It smells sooo good and it leaves the hair highly moisturized and shiny.
Usually I apply this oil from the midlle of the hair towards the ends and it doesn't leave your hair oily.
The After Sun Hair Repair Serum is a serum for ends from a KIKO's limited edition and it's made specially to use during Summer. It smells really really good and it moisturizes the dry hair.
Spray Protector de Calor / Heat Protecting Spray
Pantene Protector de Calor Cabelo Fino [Heat Protecting Spray for Thin Hair]
Este tipo de produtos normalmente aconselha-se utilizar sempre que se seque o cabelo, mas eu confesso que só uso quando vou usar o ferro de enrolar ou alisar.
Este em particular da Pantene é muito bom e deve aplicar-se com o cabelo ainda molhado.
Usually it's recommended that you use this type of product every time you blow dry your hair, but I must confess that I only use it when I use the curling or straightening iron.
This particular product is from Pantene and it's really good, and you should apply this while your hair is still wet.
Bem e é isto, peço desculpa pelo post longo, mas como disse eu uso muitos produtos e acho que é importante informar para que serve cada um.
Well and that's it, I'm sorry for the long post, but as I said I really use a lot of products and I think it's important to explain the function of each one of them.
